The following questions should be asked to any real estate professional you're considering to help you locate and purchase a home.  The questions are designed to determine if the individual Agent and their Company truly will be representing you 100% of the time during the home buying process.  You want to determine if any particular Agent/Company will help you obtain the best possible home for the best possible price and terms, if they have the desire and ability to show you all homes, if they have a focus that is not divided between helping you and helping sellers, if the Company provides training, loyalty, and contracts to support the Agent as a buyer representative - and in short, that their commitment to buyer representation is a serious one that will provide you the information and tools necessary to make the smartest home buying decision possible.
